Covered for 24 months.
If your labels get damaged or stop scanning under normal use within 24 months, we'll replace your entire 24-pack at no cost.
What's covered
- Normal wear and tear: fading from regular sunlight
- Adhesive failure: the label stops sticking under normal conditions
- Lamination issues: edges peeling or the laminate separating
- QR code wear: the code stops scanning from regular use
- Weather damage: rain, humidity or temperature changes
- Manufacturing defects: any flaw in materials or workmanship
What's not covered
- Intentional damage: deliberate destruction or misuse
- Extreme abuse: heavy scratching, cutting or tearing
- Chemical exposure: harsh chemicals or solvents
- Improper application: applied to an unsuitable surface
- Lost or stolen items: labels on items that are lost or stolen
Good to know: each order can have one warranty replacement during its 24 months. Warranty replacement orders (starting with "WR-") can't be claimed again.
